Providing the solution
Sisko works alongside clients to deliver end-to-end field service operations, taking responsibility for the infrastructure, scheduling, supervision and management needed to run programmes effectively. Our approach combines consultancy-led mobilisation, structured training pathways and operational oversight to support delivery at scale.
Since 2020, Sisko have sourced, trained, and mobilised more than 1,000 engineers into live field service programmes across the UK, helping clients establish operations, maintain output and deliver consistently.

We work closely with our partners to understand programme requirements, risks and delivery pressures before mobilisation begins. This includes defining the delivery model, planning infrastructure, establishing compliance requirements and designing training pathways to ensure the right foundations are in place from day one.
Mobilise
We establish and mobilise the people, processes and operational infrastructure needed to deliver each programme. From workforce readiness and structured training to scheduling, systems and compliance, mobilisation is planned and repeatable, enabling programmes to launch effectively, scale efficiently and adapt as requirements change.
Deliver
We take responsibility for the agreed operational requirements of live programmes, providing the coordination, supervision and management needed to maintain effective field delivery. By actively overseeing scheduling, workforce stability, safety, compliance and performance, we help our partners maintain output, minimise disruption and meet programme targets.
