Based around the Surrey/Hampshire/Berkshire border or South-West London, this role involves travel across the Home Counties and London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and domestic heating systems, including boilers, water heaters, and air source heat pumps. Role Overview: This role involves a combination of planned maintenance, installations, and fault-finding across a range of commercial gas appliances and some HVAC equipment. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring installations and servicing of systems are completed to high standards while following all health and safety guidelines. Key Duties: Carry out planned service work on commercial and domestic combustion appliances (boilers, water heaters etc), heat pumps, plumbing, and some HVAC equipment. Install air source heat pumps for residential and commercial properties. Install and replace HVAC appliances, including pipework and plumbing as part of small works projects. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in various heating and cooling systems. Write and develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for safe working practices. Maintain accurate service records using internal systems. Participate in out-of-hours emergency call-out rota. Skills and Experience: Experience with both commercial and domestic heating systems, including installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment. Commercial Gas Safe certification is essential.
