Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

- Steer the ship through the design, construction, and installation phases of our solar PV sites.

- Champion health and safety protocols with gusto, drafting risk assessments and method statements like a pro.

- Coordinate a stellar team of design engineers and subcontractors.

- Get your hands dirty with project design, estimation, and procurement.

- Offer up your technical wizardry during the feasibility stages.

- Keep the lines of communication open with clients, suppliers, and consultants.

- Scope out potential sites for solar installations with your keen eye.

- Foster a collaborative atmosphere that keeps clients coming back for more.

- Be prepared to spread your wings and travel across the UK.

Essential qualities we're looking for:

- A deep-seated passion for renewable energy, particularly commercial solar PV.

- A safety-first mindset and a solid grasp of health and safety legislation.

- Financial savvy when it comes to solar project economics.

- Methodical, precise, and all about those processes.

- A gift for communication and organisation that would make even Excel jealous.

- Comfortable navigating through 2D AutoCAD and holding a valid driving license.

Bonus points if you've got:

- A wealth of project management experience under your belt.

- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, or a knack for working at heights.

- Familiarity with ArcGIS or Autodesk Civil3D.
