What You'll Do:
- Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with clients, understanding their recruitment needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract exceptional talent using job boards, social media, networking events, and more.
- Interviewing and Screening: Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Placement and Support: Match candidates to exciting opportunities and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles, offering ongoing support where needed.

Package:
Basic salary up to £33K + Commission + Bonus
OTE up to £58K
