Our client is thrilled to announce exciting opportunities for two Pipelines Assistant Project Managers to join their Havant Thicket Reservoir Department! In this vital role, you will support the Project Manager in fulfilling the responsibilities outlined under the NEC contract. Your duties will include effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, contributing to the planning and development phases, and assisting in coordination and management efforts. Additionally, you will manage various ad hoc projects, overseeing them from concept to completion, ensuring their successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our client at various Sub-Group meetings.
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to monitor pipeline works and coordinate activities.
- Produce and support monthly progress reports and governance approval papers.
- Lead procurement, monitoring, and performance of NEC contracts.
- Manage design interfaces with approved suppliers.
- Actively support the CEMAR contract management software package for communication.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to secure agreement or acceptance of various plans associated with the reservoir scheme.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that the project is ready for a seamless handover into operation on completion.
- Ensure project development is in accordance with the standards, specifications, requirements, and policies established by our client and the Havant Thicket Project, specifically in line with the contract.
- Complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, ensuring delivery within ODI targets and the regulatory allowance.
Skills, Competencies & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, design, or a related field of study.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in major civil infrastructure projects.
- NEC contract management experience is desirable.
- Membership in a relevant professional institution (e.g. MICE, APM, PMI).
- Project management qualification (PRINCE, APM or PMI).
- Full driving licence (all applicants will be required to undertake our driver assessment).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build excellent relationships with the team and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to foster collaborative working.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Working knowledge in planning software and techniques.
- Proven project management capability.
- A clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and the ability to communicate solutions in an effective, efficient, high-level manner.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to review and write environmental management plans, progress reports, and decision support papers.
- Ability to work to deadlines with a focus on results and quality.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Salary and Benefits:
- £46,475 - £57,336 GRADE 8-9 non-contractual bonus related to company performance of up to 6% of basic salary
- Hours: Full-time | 38 hours per week | 2-3 days in the office
- Holiday: 27 days, plus bank holidays
- Pension: A generous pension scheme in which our client will contribute up to 15%

About the Role
Sisko Group is currently seeking a reliable van driver to join our team, working alongside plumbers on domestic and commercial water meter installations across London.Key Responsibilities
- Attend a comprehensive 2-week induction and training program before starting live work on the contract.
- Once active, you’ll drive our plumbers around central London to assist them with water meter installations (both internal and external) with a minimum of 8 appointments per day.
- You will pick up the plumbers from their homes, transport them from job to job, avoid restricted parking zones, and drop them back home at the end of the day.
- Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Must be available to work every 3rd Saturday.
- Callout and standby opportunities are available.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Job Description
Sisko Group is currently looking to recruit qualified plumbers for domestic and commercial water meter installations across London following a large contract win offering a salary £41,600 - £50,000.
The Position
You will attend a 2-week induction & training period prior to working live on the contract
Once live you will be required to install a range of water meters (both internal and external) being allocated a minimum 8 appointments per day
You will be expected to carry out plumbing surveys alongside carrying out installations.
Have the ability to request additional jobs
Working hours 8:00AM-5PM Monday to Friday
Must work every 3rd Saturday
Callout & Standby is available
Provide excellent customer service
