Our client is one of the nation’s trusted commercial fire protection and security partners, who are currently expanding their business across 2 sites over the next 12 months. They have recently acquired a second site in the Midlands and are now looking to increase group profits from £7.4m to £12m by 2026. 

This role is a long-term career move, with genuine progression for the right Engineer. You will be working for the Installation and Small Works department (Quoted works) of my client which is a highly specialised team that alongside the Project Management team efficiently and effectively deliver our clients fire and security solutions.

This is a huge opportunity for anyone who has desires to progress within a role that will provide added responsibilities, and opportunities to progress within the day to day onsite and technical operations of the installation and small works department. You will be tasked with the ongoing development of our clients current engineering team from both a technical and personal level. You will be supporting the Quoted Works Manager alongside the Project Management Team to ensure that they efficiently and effectively deliver fire and security solutions.

    The Position
    You will attend a 2-week induction & training period prior to working live on the contract
    Once live you will be required to install a range of water meters (both internal and external) being allocated a minimum 8 appointments per day
    You will be expected to carry out plumbing surveys alongside carrying out installations.

    Working hours 8:00AM-5PM Monday to Friday
    Must work every 3rd Saturday
    Callout & Standby is available
