The Job:
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee every phase of project delivery, from initial planning through to commissioning and handover. Leading a dedicated team, including a Project Engineer and Construction Project Manager, you’ll ensure smooth execution of high-value projects, aligning with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and financial goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, managing budgets (£10m+), schedules, and strategies to meet technical and commercial objectives.
- Oversee construction and commissioning, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while addressing challenges proactively.
- Develop and maintain robust risk management plans, ensuring compliance with CDM and all regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
What You’ll Bring:
- A proven track record in delivering BESS projects over 20MW, with hands-on experience managing CAPEX budgets of £10m+.
- In-depth knowledge of grid integration, ICP/DNO interfaces, and advanced BESS applications like frequency response and grid stability.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in line management and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with FEED processes and multi-contract delivery approaches.
- The ability to communicate complex updates clearly to senior management and investment committees.

Working for Sisko Group seconded to a large Utility contractor you will be carrying out surveys & external meter installations to domestic properties in and around a defined region. The role will be field based, and you will be visiting several properties throughout the day to install external “screw in” meters, conduct surveys and report them accordingly. This is a long-term position offering lots of opportunity to earn and learn new skills.
Experience Required
No experience is necessary as all training will be provided, however some previous experience in roles that involve working outside or generally in and around site work, construction, plumbing, or any other trade would be advantageous. As the daily jobs will be captured via tablet/phone/software ability to use these devices will be required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM , Plus Weekend Rota 1 in 3 Saturdays

The Position
- You will attend an induction & training period prior to working live on the contract
- Once live you will be required to exchange a range of water meters (both internal and external) being allocated a minimum 10 appointments per day
- You will be expected to carry out plumbing surveys alongside carrying out meter exchanges.
- Have the ability to request additional jobs
- Working hours 8AM-5PM Monday to Friday
- Provide excellent customer service
Could this role be for you?
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a qualified plumber
- City & Guilds Qualification in Plumbing or Similar
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible designing roof mounted solar panels and associated systems in mainly commercial settings. (This will include battery systems) This role involves overseeing all aspects of renewable energy projects, from design and site assessment to installation and documentation. You will work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly, meeting all technical and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will be educated to HND/HND level in Electrical Engineering or similar with the ability to work to construction guidelines and CHAS. You will be required to occasionally travel UK wide to clients.
The Role
- Analysing data from clients
- Draw up tailored solar designs, ensuring everything is up to standards and working efficiently
- Liaise with clients, the procurement team and contractors, attend sites to carry out inspections
Qualifications
- Educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent discipline)
- Proficient in software systems (e.g. Pylon, MS Office and Commusoft)
- 3 years Solar design experience (desirable)

- Chesterfield based but may require working away from home (not permanently)

- Qualified electrician is essential with knowledge and experience in solar energy solutions (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- IT literate including email and job management software
- DBS checked
