The Job:

As Project Manager, you’ll oversee every phase of project delivery, from initial planning through to commissioning and handover. Leading a dedicated team, including a Project Engineer and Construction Project Manager, you’ll ensure smooth execution of high-value projects, aligning with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and financial goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, managing budgets (£10m+), schedules, and strategies to meet technical and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee construction and commissioning, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while addressing challenges proactively.
  • Develop and maintain robust risk management plans, ensuring compliance with CDM and all regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering collaboration and driving project success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proven track record in delivering BESS projects over 20MW, with hands-on experience managing CAPEX budgets of £10m+.
  • In-depth knowledge of grid integration, ICP/DNO interfaces, and advanced BESS applications like frequency response and grid stability.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in line management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with FEED processes and multi-contract delivery approaches.
  • The ability to communicate complex updates clearly to senior management and investment committees.

    • Proficiency in modelling techniques and their technical applications.
    • Ability to assess diverse information sources, navigate uncertainty, and recommend optimal courses of action.
    • A high level of initiative and self-motivation.

    This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach.

    My client is looking for fully qualified Gas Engineers for an immediate start.

    They work in and around Ruislip, Uxbridge, Northwood, Harefield, Ickenham, Hayes, High Wycombe, The Chalfonts, Gerrards Cross, Watford, Harrow and surrounding areas within people’s homes and small businesses.

    Role

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience
    • Boiler Installation, servicing, and breakdowns experience
    • Legionella testing (training will be given if required) – Minor part of the role
    • Some general plumbing work

    Requirements

    • Gas Safe registered essential
    • Level 2 (NVQ) Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Domestic Heating Systems.
    • Level 2/3 (NVQ) Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating

    Job Description

    Working for Sisko Group seconded to a large Utility contractor you will be carrying out surveys & external meter installations to domestic properties in and around a defined region. The role will be field based, and you will be visiting several properties throughout the day to install external “screw in” meters, conduct surveys and report them accordingly. This is a long-term position offering lots of opportunity to earn and learn new skills.

    Experience Required

    No experience is necessary as all training will be provided, however some previous experience in roles that involve working outside or generally in and around  site work, construction, plumbing, or any other trade would be advantageous. As the daily jobs will be captured via tablet/phone/software ability to use these devices will be required.


    Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM , Plus Weekend Rota 1 in 3 Saturdays

    Van & Equipment Provided

    Must have a full UK driving licence
