This permanent role is crucial for leading the technical direction of our clients hydraulic modelling group. You'll develop strategies, policies, and standards while managing a team of 12 across Water and Wastewater networks. Key Responsibilities: Lead the hydraulic modelling group, ensuring quality and consistency. Drive efficiency through project leadership and optimisation. Collaborate on planning, budgeting, and quality requirements. Support QA/QC procedures and engage with engineering teams. Provide modelling support during critical network activities. Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in hydraulic modelling and Civil Engineering. Significant water industry experience, with team management. Relevant honours degree (BSc/BEng) and Chartered Member (or Fellow) of an Engineering/Scientific Institution. Strong leadership and communication skills. Salary and Benefits: Salary: Up to £80,000 plus £400 per month car allowance (Total Package up to £84,800) Location: Brighton and Hove Work Type: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week) Additional Benefits: Competitive pension, generous holiday allowance, and professional development opportunities.
