We are recruiting three Principal Civil Engineers to join our Water company client and make a significant impact in the following areas: Water (Non-Infrastructure) Wastewater (Non-Infrastructure) Wastewater (Infrastructure) Principal Civil Engineer As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will lead innovative projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring safety, sustainability, and quality standards. Collaborating with design teams, stakeholders, and project leads, you will deliver solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical design of major capital projects in your field. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical standards. Manage project budgets and timelines, delivering value for money. Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including digital design integration. Engage with customers to align designs with their needs and regulations. Represent the company at industry events and contribute to technical publications. Skills & Experience: Chartered Engineer with relevant engineering qualifications. Experience delivering water/wastewater projects in the UK Water Industry. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant design tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Full UK driving licence.
