I’m Ellen, I started with Sisko Group in January 2025 as an Assets, Logistics and Insurance Claims Coordinator. This is a new industry venture for me but have around 15 years’ experience within customer service in many different industries ranging from Animal Care and childcare right through to television broadcasting. Working such a variety of different jobs has helped me to be adaptable and adjust to every challenge.

In my new role here at Sisko Group I will be responsible for a wide variety of different tasks. A large part of my everyday will be managing the fleet of vans used by the sub-contractors we employ and ensuring the day-to-day operations of these run smoothly. I also will be monitoring the insurance claims process, ensuring that all correspondence gets filtered to the right teams and filed correctly. In addition, I will also be managing the assets of both our own office but also any assets for our clients as per their agreed contracts. Another thing I am involved with is compliance, this means going through all our onboarding paperwork for our candidates and ensuring we have all required legal documents required for each contract managed. I will audit this regularly to ensure everything meets the right standard.

My home life can be as busy as my work life being the mum of 2! Whether its video gaming, Going to the park, Going to the New forest or even just a nice family board game and movie night I am kept busy by my kids and large Greydor Diesel. Another place I can be found outside of working hours is on the stage! Since the age of 6 I have been performing Opera and Musical theatre in a few Hampshire theatres and Buxton opera house. Some of my favourite songs to sing are either from Phantom of the Opera, Disney, Anatasia or Six! This is an important part of my personality specially as my parents met through the world of am dram. In addition to my creative side, I also love to relax whilst creating bespoke cross-stitch pictures or building large Lego sets such as Hogwarts castle as well as video-gaming with the family. A fun fact about me I can correctly identify many different dog breeds when out and about probably due to my college training in animal management and time as an avid watcher of Crufts!
