Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Contract Support Administrator to support the smooth operation of one of our key contracts in the UK renewables sector.

Role Overview
Reporting directly to one of our Contract Managers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our contract operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and responding to client requests efficiently
Providing administrative support to ensure contract compliance
Engaging with field engineers and managers to address various tasks and issues
Collecting and organizing compliance documentation for new starters
Coordinating client inductions for new team members
Preparing and distributing on-boarding materials and starter packs
Organizing and supporting disciplinary meetings when required
Monitoring and reporting field incidents, assisting with urgent matters
Coordinating vehicle deliveries, collections, and maintaining vehicle registers
Managing the leaver process, including asset tracking
Ensuring accurate internal and external reporting to support contractor payroll
What We’re Looking For
At Sisko Group, we value the right person over a rigid checklist of skills. If you have experience in Administration, HR, Contract Support, or Recruitment, this could be the perfect role for you. However, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who possess the following attributes:
Strong administrative experience
Excellent communication skills, able to liaise at multiple levels
Proactive problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail
Confidence in handling phone interactions with clients and candidates
Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Beneficial):
Experience working with field-based teams
Knowledge of compliance requirements
Understanding of HR processes
