Our Expertise
Our Unique Approach
Consult
We work closely with our partners to understand programme requirements, risks and delivery pressures before mobilisation begins. This includes workforce design, compliance planning, and training pathways, ensuring the foundations are right from day one.
Mobilise
We build and mobilise workforce solutions that are trained, compliant and ready to perform at scale under your banner. Mobilisation is structured, repeatable and aligned to programme needs, allowing teams to ramp up or adapt as delivery requirements change.
Deliver
During live delivery, we focus on workforce stability, safety, compliance and performance. Teams are actively managed, supported and scaled as needed, helping our partners maintain momentum, reduce disruption and meet programme targets.

Helping Yorkshire Hit 100,000 Smart Meter Installations
We’re excited to congratulate our client on reaching the impressive milestone of 100,000 smart water meters installed across Yorkshire as part of our clients long-term smart metering programme.
Sisko is proud to have played a key part in supporting this achievement. From the very start of the programme, we were involved in planning and mobilising the workforce, ensuring the right people were in place to deliver high-quality installations safely and efficiently. Successful delivery of programmes of this scale relies on structured planning, capable teams on the ground, and early engagement to ensure the rollout stays on track.
Starting in Sheffield in January 2025, the programme has expanded rapidly, delivering up to 16,000 installations per month and now extending into Barnsley and the North East. Our teams have helped supply experienced installers and support our workforce to meet these ambitious targets, enabling our client to deliver a smarter, more resilient water network for the region.
“It’s been fantastic working with our client’s team in Yorkshire getting this programme up and running. Being involved from the early planning stages has made a real difference, and we’re proud to have supported in making this milestone possible.”
— Ben Darnton, Sisko Group
As the rollout continues toward the goal of 400,000 meters over the next three years, Sisko Group remains committed to supplying the skilled professionals needed to support this vital infrastructure programme.

Working in Partnership
“Over the three years I have worked with Sisko they have consistently placed considerable quantities of good candidates and supported them through their journeys from start to finish. Sisko have played a major role in our Novice programme, being instrumental in the design and roll out as well as successfully placing over 60 novices. They have also placed circa 30 Upskill and Skilled technicians this year, adding to the over 70 Skilled technicians last year.”
