About Sisko

Sisko is a workforce solutions partner to the utilities and field-service sectors. We specialise in designing and delivering bespoke workforce models, at scale and pace, that support complex programmes and long-term delivery requirements.

Greg Welch

Founder & Managing Director

Greg launched Sisko in 2020 following more than 10 years’ experience leading business’ delivering recruitment, subcontracting, training, and advanced workforce solutions to the Energy & Utilities sectors globally.

His passion for designing and delivering bespoke solutions created the core of Sisko’s culture and services, which have evolved into today’s dependable delivery against our clients’ individual unique objectives.

Ben Darnton

Operations Director

Ben joined Sisko in 2024 at a key moment in the companies’ growth and development.

Bringing a wealth of strategic and management experience from people focussed sectors, his people-centric style has helped build a team which has cemented Sisko’s position as one of the UK’s leading workforce providers.

Ben is responsible for the day-to-day management of Sisko and our contracts.

Harry Thomas

Head of Operations

Harry began his career ‘on the tools’ before progressing into field management and senior operational roles within Tier-1 contractor and supplier environments.

In 2025, he brought his exceptional communication skills and process design and improvement mindset to Sisko.

Harry has contributed heavily to our onboarding and contract delivery culture, with real positive outcomes on site.
