At Sisko, growth has never been about numbers alone. It’s about people, partnerships, and building a business that delivers real value every single day.
Over the past 12 months, we’ve experienced one of the most transformational periods in our journey so far. From moving into a new office space to expanding our operational capabilities and nearly doubling the size of our team, Sisko has continued to evolve at pace – all while staying focused on the values and principles that built the company from day one.
Who is Sisko?
Sisko is a National Delivery Partner to the Utilities and Field Service sectors built around one clear mission: we source, train, mobilise and manage workforce solutions at scale, enabling you to stay focused on Core Delivery.
We specialise in creating scalable solutions that support our clients through every stage of growth. Whether it’s operational consultancy, workforce mobilisation, or large-scale delivery management, our goal is always the same – to provide dependable, agile, and results-driven support.
What sets Sisko apart is our ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Our philosophy is reflected in our three company pillars: Consult, Mobilise, Deliver.
Consult
Our consult pillar is focused on understanding the challenges our clients face and creating practical, scalable solutions that improve performance and efficiency. We work closely with businesses to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and build workforces that support sustainable growth.
Our approach combines consultancy-led mobilisation, structured training pathways and national workforce delivery to help programmes start well and perform consistently.
Mobilise
At Sisko, we pride ourselves on our ability to rapidly scale operations, deploy resources, and build infrastructure that keeps businesses moving.
We pride ourselves on designing and deploying trained, compliant workforces aligned to programme demand.
Over the last year, our mobilisation capabilities have grown significantly. As demand increased, so did our ability to respond quickly and efficiently – onboarding operatives, expanding fleet operations, and strengthening internal systems to support rapid growth.
Deliver
At Sisko, taking responsibility for workforce stability, compliance and performance during love delivery is paramount to our success.
Our delivery processes are designed, governed and supported through Sisko’s consultive delivery framework, ensuring consistency, compliance and performance regardless of deployment configuration.
A Year of Growth
The past 12 months have been defining for Sisko. Our fleet operations have grown from 43 vans in January 2025 to 238 vans today, supporting expanding delivery programmes across the Utilities and Field Service sectors nationwide.
Since September 2025, we’ve successfully run 13 inductions, onboarding 132 engineers into live field operations.
To support continued growth, we recently moved into a new office space in Whiteley, designed to double our internal headcount capacity. The move represents the next chapter of the business and provides an environment built to support long-term growth.
We also relocated our training centre from Fareham to Petworth, positioning it closer to our operational workforce and increasing training and mobilisation capacity. A space that reflects both how far we’ve come and where we’re heading next. The move wasn’t simply about having more room; it represented the next chapter of the business and created an environment that supports internal growth.
As operations expanded, so did the people behind them. From operational support to management, compliance and marketing. We’ve invested heavily in building a team capable of supporting long-term growth while maintaining the culture and standards that define Sisko.
Built around our core pillars, Consult, Mobilise, Deliver, we remain focused on helping clients maintain delivery momentum at scale.
