We are proud to announce the promotion of Elliott to Contracts Manager, a well-earned milestone that reflects years of hard work, leadership, and commitment across multiple major projects at Sisko.

Elliott’s Sisko Journey

Since joining Sisko in July 2023 as a Contract Support Consultant, Elliott has consistently demonstrated the drive and adaptability needed to support large-scale operational delivery. Working alongside our Contract’s Support Team leader, Justyna, Elliott helped coordinate a workforce of more than 100 operatives, gaining valuable experience in contract support, workforce coordination, and client operations.

In August 2024, Elliott was promoted to Senior Operations Coordinator and played a key role in mobilising a large-scale contract alongside Operations Director, Ben Darnton. This project involved leading hiring campaigns, interviewing candidates, supervising teams, and inducting new operatives into the business. One standout success from this mobilisation was the recruitment of Daron, who later progressed into the role of Contracts Manager and successfully took ownership of the contract.

Mobilisation Success

Following the success of this mobilisation, Elliott progressed into the role of Assistant Contract Manager, for a key contract mobilisation. Working closely with our Contracts Director, Harry, and Workforce Coordinator, Chloe, Elliott helped oversee the full mobilisation process from planning stages through to operational delivery.

A major part of this project involved conducting assessment days, interviewing candidates, and delivering large-scale training programmes. Elliott spent three months at our training centre, Cams, delivering two-week training programmes for seven separate cohorts, successfully onboarding and training more than 80 new starters. Chloe was also recruited and trained during this period, becoming an important part of the Southern team.

Recognition of Leadership

In April 2026, Elliott was promoted to Contracts Manager – a recognition of the leadership, operational expertise, and dedication shown throughout every stage of his journey at Sisko.

Since stepping into the role, Elliott has already supported the mobilisation of a major contract alongside Harry, successfully onboarding 30 new starters across five induction cohorts while continuing to manage our current contracts. Alongside operational delivery, Elliott has focused on building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.

Continued Progression

Throughout his time at Sisko, Elliott has developed extensive experience across compliance, mobilisation, contract coordination, training, and contract management. His progression through the business reflects both his work ethic and Sisko’s commitment to developing talent from within.
